Integrations
What connects, and what does not yet.
Every integration on this page carries its real status. An integration that is planned says planned.
On logos
This page uses product names as text, not as logos. We have no partnership with any of these companies and a logo wall would imply one.
The table
Calendars, payments, messaging, CRM
Each status word is the same one the roadmap carries. Where a row is a decision rather than a state, the decision and its reason are in the row.
| Integration | Category | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 and Outlook Calendar | Calendar | Planned | First calendar integration. Two-way sync, with the Teams link generated by the same call that writes the event. |
| Google Calendar | Calendar | Planned | Behind Google's OAuth verification review for calendar scopes. |
| ICS subscription feed | Calendar | Planned | For every other calendar, including Apple. A subscribable feed and an attached file on the confirmation. |
| Apple iCloud Calendar | Calendar | Not planned | No OAuth and no webhooks. Credentials cannot be issued programmatically, which breaks self-serve onboarding. |
| Stripe | Payments | In build | Your own account. We never hold your customers' funds. |
| WhatsApp Business Cloud API via 360dialog | Messaging | In build | The official Meta API only. Unofficial gateways get business numbers permanently banned. |
| Email (SMTP) | Messaging | Planned | Confirmations, reminders and calendar attachments. |
| Web chat widget | Messaging | Planned | Embeddable, with a size budget written into the build rather than discovered afterwards. |
| HubSpot | CRM | Planned | Two-way contact and meeting sync. |
| Salesforce | CRM | Planned | Two-way, including the account-ownership lookup that routing depends on. |
| Pipedrive | CRM | Planned | Two-way contact and meeting sync. |
| Webhooks | Platform | Planned | Signed, retried, and delivered with a log. |
| REST API | Platform | Planned | Read on Growth, full on Scale. |
| Zapier | Platform | Under review | Depends on the public API landing first. We would rather say under review than say planned. |

Tell us which one and what you would do with it
Requests are reviewed alongside the roadmap. The operator uses the job, urgency and affected team size to decide what should move next.
Email hello@bookesto.com with three things: which integration, what you would do with it, and how many people on your team would use it. One operator reads that address, and it is the same person who would build the integration.
There is no dedicated integration-request form on this page. Email is the supported path while every integration remains planned, and one operator reviews that inbox.
No live integration yet. Every status published anyway.
