There is no documentation yet, because there is no deployed product to document. Writing an API reference before the API exists produces a document that is wrong on the day it ships.

What exists instead, and is accurate:

Roadmap: Every capability with its real status and the gate that blocks it
Changelog: Every release, dated, with what actually changed
