Bookesto is built by AL MANNAN GENERAL TRADING FZE-LLC in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It has no customers, no funding and no investors, and this page is not going to imply otherwise.

Why we are building it

Booking software splits along a line that does not exist in real businesses. On one side, scheduling products treat a meeting as a link. On the other, routing products treat a lead as a record and charge fifteen thousand dollars a year to open the door. Between them sits everyone who needs both, plus a way to make people turn up, plus WhatsApp because that is where their customers actually are, and plus Arabic because half their market reads right to left.

That gap is not a feature request. It is the whole product.

Decisions we are not going to change

We never hold customer funds
Deposits go to the merchant's own payment account. This is both a compliance perimeter and a promise
Official WhatsApp API only
Unofficial gateways get merchant numbers banned. There is no testing exception
No marketplace
We will not build a directory that resells your customers back to you
Permissively licensed code only
We embed only permissively licensed software, and third-party services run unmodified behind their own APIs
No fabricated proof
No invented logos, testimonials, counts, ratings or badges — on this site or anywhere else

Who you are actually emailing

One person builds and runs Bookesto, with AI agents doing research, drafting and review under human approval for anything involving money, law, production or public communication. When you email hello@bookesto.com, that person replies. There is no support tier that gets you a different human, because there is only one.

What we build on

Bookesto's scheduling foundation is a fork of Cal.diy, taken from the MIT-licensed tree published in April 2026 and pinned at or after the relicensing commit. The agent inbox is Chatwoot Community Edition, run unmodified. Analytics is Umami, self-hosted and cookieless. We are grateful for all three, none of them endorses us, and we say so because implying otherwise would be the same category of dishonesty as a fake logo bar.
